Are your looking for something cool and educational for your big kids to watch? Then check out Animal Planet’s newest release, Predators. Geared for a mature audience, this show is a look at what can happen out in the wild
Predators provides an intimate look at humans who have experienced and survived horrific animal encounters. After The Attack explains the post traumatic but triumphant lives of people who have encountered some of the most complex creatures including the great white shark, grizzly bear, mountain lion and the American alligator. From elephant charges to snake bites, Up Close And Dangerous details the bravery of professional wildlife filmmakers and their commitment to getting the perfect shot, regardless of the price. Journeying to the breath-taking shores of Central America, Killer Crocs of Costa Rica details the life of an American crocodile raising her young in the spectacular coastal rainforest. Genius Products was nice enough to send my family a copy of Predators to review. Since this is not appropriate for my boys, my husband and I watched this one by ourselves. Wade really enjoyed the DVD and thought it was super cool, and I must agree. Although it was violent, and I never want to run into any of these animals, it was neat to see how the survivors coped with life after their attacks.
A fascinating look into the wild kingdom, Predators is now available on DVD for the suggested retail price of $14.95 and can be purchased online from Amazon. This disc has a run time of 215 minutes.
