Since I have been trying to get off the weight that Blake left behind, I am always on the look out for new lunch alternatives. Finding options that are low calorie and tasty can be a task, and I get tired of the few favorites I have found. This is why I was more than happy to try out some of the varieties that Tabatchnick Soups has to offer, when I was asked.
Here is some information about Tabatchnick Soups from their site: The idea for Tabatchnick Fine Foods started simmering on a wood burning stove in our Great-Grandmother’s kitchen more than a century ago. Her delicious, homemade soup had become famous in our family and with neighbors throughout the area. What made Great-Grandma’s soups so special? She took great pride in creating wholesome soup made with only the finest and most natural ingredients. Four generations later we still follow Great-Grandma’s simple recipe for great soup. We search the world for only the highest quality natural ingredients. All our soups start with our own pure artesian well water, and are simmered slowly in small batches, always under the watchful eye of a Tabatchnick family member. Great Grandma would be proud!
Everyone has a favorite soup! That’s why Tabatchnick produces over three dozen delicious varieties, plus six recipes that are specially prepared to be “Kosher for Passover”. We also have a line of shelf-stable aseptic soups and broths that don’t require refrigeration. We do our best to satisfy your individual tastes and needs. No matter which varieties are your favorites, you can be sure they are wholesome soups made with only the finest and most natural ingredients… soup that lives up to the Tabatchnick name and reputation for quality.
Tabatchnick Soups was nice enough to send me some coupons so that I could try their soups. I chose some soups from their frozen line.
I got the vegatable soup and was happy to see that their were 2 pouches of soup in the box, which was great because each pouch is only 1 serving! The soup was easy to heat in the microwave and was very good. I would purchase this soup again and can’t wait to try their potato or chicken noodle varieties.
With so many options available from Tabatchnick, it will be a long time before I enter the lunch time rut again!
