Review and Giveaway: Musselman’s Introduces New Flavors CLOSED

Wyatt and Blake both really like applesauce, enough so that I have to keep a stash in my house at all times.  They will eat it for breakfast, snack, or their dinnertime fruit.  This is why I am always happy to see when new varieties of applesauce are released.  Thanks to Musselman’s, we are in luck with the release of two new flavors, Totally Fruit Mixed Berry and Healthy Picks Granny Smith.

Here is some infomation from Musselman’s site about these new products:

-Musselman’s Healthy Picks apple sauce has a burst of flavor and nutrition in every bite. This Healthy snack provides a good daily source of fiber and calcium as well as antioxidants from delicious “superfruits” like pomegranates, açaí berries and granny smith apples.

–Musselman’s Totally Fruit apple sauce has a natural fruit taste your family will love, with NO high fructose corn syrup, artificial colors or flavors, you’ll know it’s good for them. This applesauce comes in the following varieties:  Mixed Berry, Peach, and Strawberry.

Musselman’s was nice enough to send us their Granny Smith Healthy Picks and Mixed Berry Totally Fruit Applesauces to try.  Wyatt first tried the Mixed Berry Applesauce and didn’t like it, because he said it tasted like raspberry, which he doesn’t like.  But, Blake really likes the Mixed Berry version, so  he has claimed those as his.  Wyatt then tried the Granny Smith Applesauce and decided that it was his new favorite and asked if those could be his.  Overall, these new flavors were a hit at our house!

The Healthy Picks contains no artificial flavors or colors and is a good source of antioxidants!  The Totally Fruit contains no high fructose corn syrup and has all natural ingredients!  Both of these applesauces offer great benefits all while tasting awesome!!

These applesauces are available now at your local grocery and mass retailers.  All of these new versions are sold in 4oz containers, which make them perfect for a packed lunch.

  4. I didn’t see any other NEW products by Musselmans in addition to the ones in your review, but we’d also like to try the Musselman’s Apple Butter which is an older product.
