Every year my husband and I stuff stockings for each other on Christmas Eve. While gift cards are always an option, they don’t really help you fill a stocking. This year I have a whole new outlook on filling his stocking, since I was introduced to Channellock tools. My husband is handy with tools, but never seems to have the basics to get the job done. Channellock offers many tool options that will slide nicely into his Christmas stocking and are sure to please.
Here is some information about Channellock from their site: Founded in 1880, in Pennsylvania, Channellock was built on the principles of good management, importance of people, bigger is not always better, and a dedication to excellence. And, all of their pliers are still made in Pennsylvania under these same principles.
Channellock was nice enough to send my husband a few of their tools to try. We received a 13 ‘N 1 ratcheting screwdriver and a laser level. The first thing I noticed about these tools were that they had some weight to them, in a good way. The screwdriver has a nice handle that stores all 13 bits and is easy to open and manipulate. Changing out the bits goes smoothly and allows you to do a lot with one tool. The laser level is smaller than some that I have seen and would be perfect for working in small spaces. I am so glad to know that my husband will no longer have an excuse for hanging things crooked.
The 13 ‘N 1 ratcheting screwdriver retails for $33.54 and the 620L Professional Laser Level retails for $58.09. Both products can be purchased online from Channellock. For more information about Channellock, be sure to follow them on Twitter or become a fan on Facebook.
