With two little boys, we seem to have a lot of boo-boos, as you can imagine! Whether they are scraping their knees or running into the walls, I always feel like I am being “Nurse Mommy”. Even though I am really good at fixing up their boo-boos, I can still use some help in the comforting department. Could you use a little help distracting your little one from the sting of peroxide? Then you have got to check out this adorable new app from Band-Aid called Magic Vision, which features the Muppets!
The Band-Aid Magic Vision app is available as a free download from the Apple Store and all you need to get it started is one the cute Muppets Band-Aids! Once the app is downloaded, simply scan the band-aid, choose your favorite character, and they will chase your blues away. Kermit sings you a song, Miss Piggy lets you walk the red carpet with her, and Gonzo does super stunts! And, to add to the action, you can take pictures and interact with them.
Since my family and I are huge Muppets fans, we were excited to download this app, and start having fun. Blake had a blast with Kermit and Gonzo, but he did ask about Animal. He loved taking his picture and making them move around. My husband wants to see what they can do with the Sweedish Chef. I can see this offering the perfect distraction the next time one of the boys comes to me injured or just as a fun app to play! Here are some of Blake’s favorite pictures he took with his friends:
