It is that time of year again, when cookie swaps and baking goodies to share are in full swing. I love to bake and try new recipes, which is what makes working with Lucky Leaf so much fun for me. They are always sharing new recipes, which are usually easy to do with their yummy pie fillings. This season I decided to try their Cherry Kuchen and sent it to work with my hubby for his Thanksgiving Feast.
This dessert was super easy to make and I had everything I needed in my kitchen. Prep time was short and I was done in the kitchen, baking time included in under 35 minutes. It smelled great and I had to remind myself that I couldn’t dig right in. I resisted and off it went with my husband to work. He said that it was really good and tasted like a sugar cookie with a cherry filling. It was a huge hit and all I got back was an empty dish, which says it all. Lucky Leaf recipes make a great dessert without all the extra work!
If you are looking for some baking inspiration, check out all the recipes at LuckyLeaf.com. They even have a neat recipe searching tool, where you can search by your choice of filling.
