We love going on vacation! I get such joy out of watching my kids experience new places and things. But, even I will admit that I dread the travel itself. No matter what we do, there is always something that goes wrong. While I am not naive enough to believe that any trip will go perfectly smooth, I am always open for suggestions. This is why I jumped at the chance to interview Amy Tara Koch, and ask her my questions about ways to travel easier with kids.
For those of you who don’t know Amy Tara Koch, here is what qualifies her to answer these questions: Amy Tara Koch is a style expert, author, journalist and all around fashion aficionado. She was the trend reporter for NBC, and contributes to American Baby, Pregnancy, People.com Mom and Baby, the New York Times, The New York Observer, Travel and Leisure, American Way, Self, NPR and the Huffington Post. Koch has served as columnist for the Chicago Tribune and the fashion and beauty expert for iVillage. Koch is also a style expert for Vogue and TwitterMoms. Koch’s first book, Bump It Up; Transforming your Pregnancy Into The Ultimate Style Statement, was published by Random House in March 2010 and was immediately touted as a “must read” by outlets ranging from The New York Times to Glamour Magazine.
I had plenty of questions to ask Amy about traveling with 2 kids and here is what she had to say.
I was really glad to get some travel tips and I hope they were helpful for you and your future travels.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POST IS MY OPINION. THANK YOU TO AMY TARA KOCH FOR SUPPLYING HER TIME FOR THIS INTERVIEW. I RECEIVED PRODUCTS FOR MY TIME.
