Big G Cereals Celebrates the Release of Star Wars Episode I in 3D: Giveaway #MyBlogSpark CLOSED

There was a countdown going on at my house for about the last three months, while my husband and son waited for the release of Star Wars Episode I in 3D.  They were so excited, and went to see it last weekend.  Needless to say they had been watching all for all the fun stuff that comes along with the release of a new movie and Big G did not disappoint!  Starting this month, General Mills Big G cereals are celebrating the 3D launch by featuring collectable Star Wars pens in-pack of participating cereals.

Within participating boxes of Big G Cereals, you can collect eight exclusive Star Wars pens that feature iconic Episode I characters including: Anakin Skywalker, Obi Wan Kenobi, Queen Amidala, Yoda, R2D2, C3PO, Jar Jar Binks and Darth Maul!  The participating Big G cereals include Cinnamon Toast Crunch® (12.8 oz.), Lucky Charms®(11.5 oz.), Reese’s® Puffs (13 oz.), Cheerios® (14 oz.), and Cookie Crisp® (11.25 oz).

General Mills was nice enough to send my boys a couple of boxes of cereal and some of these collectable pens.  I would love to tell you how much fun my boys thought they were, but my husband found them first.  He has deemed them to cool of an item for the boys to play with and picked them up for safe keeping with the rest of his Star Wars items.LOL  They were cute pens and I know that any Star Wars loving kid would like them.

    I don’t have a child, but the pen *I* wanted most was Amidala, which I happily found in my second box of cereal. I’d like to have them all, though, which is why I’m entering.
