When we get home from the school, the boys head straight for the kitchen. I try to steer them away from sugary snacks and cookies, because dinner is around the corner and we still have homework to do. Recently, Crunchmaster Crackers sent me some of their Kids Crisps and Crackers for my family to try. The Kids Crisps have been a win/win for my family, since the boys like them and I like that they are choosing a healthier snack.
Crunchmaster’s baking facility is certified by the Gluten Free Certification Organization, which signifies that they meet the strictest standards for gluten free products. Their crackers are 100% whole grain, cholesterol free, low in sodium, low in saturated fat and with 0 grams of trans fat. Their Kids Crisps are made with 100% whole grains, contain 50% less fat than regular cheese and graham cracker snacks and are certified gluten and peanut free.
So, these crackers definitely pass the healthy test, but what about the taste test? Crunchmaster sent over their Cheezy Crisps and Grammy Crisps for the kids to try. Both boys really liked these crackers! Blake preferred the Grammy Crisps and Wyatt ate the whole box of Cheezy Crisps. I love knowing that they are actually eating whole grains and not getting filled up on preservatives and sugars. We also received a box of 7 ancient grains to try, which hubby and I really enjoyed. They almost had a nutty taste, which was great topped with a cheese cube.
Crunchmaster Crackers retail for about $4.50 a box and can be purchased online at the Crunchmaster Store. They are sold locally at Whole Foods and Wal-Mart. For more information, be sure to follow Crunchmaster on Facebook and Twitter.
Want to give these treats a try? Crunchmaster is one lucky reader a chance to win some of their yummy crackers, including one box each of Cheezy and Grammy Crisps. For your chance to win, just follow the Rafflecopter rules below.
