Have you ever wanted to make your bathroom show more of your personality? Sure, you can change the wall color or your shower curtain, but what about your toilet. I know you are thinking that changing a toilet would be a major hassel and not everyone would appreciate a colored toilet. But, what if you just changed the seat? Do you know how many different designs of toilet seats are out there?
You can go totally wild and put a pink glitter seat in your daughter’s bathroom or polka dots in your teen’s bathroom. I am old school and prefer to stick with white, but I have to admit that we installed a slow close toilet seat in my boys’ bathroom a few years ago and I absolutely love it. No more toilet seat slamming down and they think that it is magic that it closes so slow.
For all you germaphobes out there like me, they even sell a toilet seat that has anti-bacterial protection and is slow close! Guess who is getting her husband to go out and buy that for her? This girl! What a great idea for kids that are potty training. Now, if they only sold one with Star Wars characters for my boys, that had all these other features.LOL
And, if you decide to sell your house, just take your decorative toilet seat with you, and put that plain old boring white one back on. This is a great way to show your style in your bathroom and not break the bank!
