Some of our weeknights tend to be crazier than the norm, which means they are out of control, and leave only minutes to prep for dinner. While my kids are not on a gluten free diet, we try to keep their intake of certain foods to a minimum. On these crazy busy days, I am happy to know that Freschetta now offers a Gluten-Free option in their frozen pizza line.

The boys never turn down pizza, so I knew this would be a win/win for our family. Like most frozen pizzas, it takes about 20 minutes in the oven, so allow enough time to cook. We paired our pizza with some creamed spinach and fruit, and ended the meal with nothing but full bellies and happy plates!
