As moms, we know that all of us need a Girls Night Out, every once in a while. If for no other reason than to reassure ourselves that we aren’t the only crazy one out there! Recently, I was treated to a special Bloggers Girls Night Out, hosted at Sip and Paint by the fabulous Bridgette from Experimental Mommy. Not only did we get to hang out and have fun, we also got to let our creative sides loose, and come home with a fun NOLA themed painting.
I have been to many Kids Birthday Parties at Sip and Paint and they are always so much fun for the kids. It is so cute to watch their creative side come out and how they want their painting to look. Even Blake, who is only 4, has done a great job painting. The instructors are always very knowledgeable and friendly. They take you through the painting step by step and even start you out with a pre-traced canvas. You take a break mid-party to eat and socialize, then it is back to finish your painting.
I have to admit that I was totally relaxed and enjoyed my experience at Sip and Paint. Even though my painting was not perfect, it was better than I expected and is actually hanging up in my house. They have so many choices to choose from for both boys and girls. We have actually done their paint a pumpkin party at Halloween and few times and the boys really liked that.
When booking your kid’s next party or Girl’s Night Out, or any other special event that you would like to celebrate, be sure to check out Sip and Paint. They are conveniently located in Metairie, close to Lakeside Mall. You can stay up to date on all their happenings by liking them on Facebook or checking out their Calendar.
