Kellogg’s Fiber Plus Bars and Cereal Make Eating Better Easier: Review and Giveaway CLOSED

My weight has been slowly creeping up, and I know that it is because I have been eating way to much.  This is why I have been on the lookout for products that will keep me full longer, while still tasting good, which is no easy task.  Recently, I was asked to give Kellogg’s Fiber Plus line of bars and cereals a try and I was happy to do so, especially after I saw some of the flavors!

Here is some information about Kellogg’s Fiber Plus from their site:  In 1915, W.K. Kellogg, the founder of Kellogg’s cereals, invented Bran Flakes®, the world’s first high-fiber breakfast cereal. Today, fiber has evolved into the great taste of Kellogg’s FiberPlus® cereals – which are also rich in antioxidant vitamins C and E and provide 25 grams of whole grains per serving.  These cereals contain at least 35% of your daily fiber.  Kellogg’s FiberPlus® bars contain antioxidants vitamin E and zinc, and Kellogg’s FiberPlus® cereals offer antioxidant vitamins C and E.

Kellogg’s was nice enough to send me a sampling of their cereals and bars to try.  I immediately gravitated towards their Caramel Coconut Fudge Bars, which are super yummy and remind me of Girl Scout Samoa cookies.  The bars not only taste great, but also make the perfect on the go breakfast, because they fill me up till lunch time.  Since these bars contain a lot of fiber, I recommend not eating more than one a day, unless you want a belly ache.  I eat them every other day to prevent this from happening.  I also tried their Caramel Pecan Crunch Cereal, which is also really good.  It stayed crunchy in milk and I could taste the caramel, which I love!  I can’t wait to try all of Kellogg’s other flavors.

Kellogg’s Fiber Plus is available at all grocery and mass retailer stores.  The cereal comes in three flavors:  Caramel Pecan Crunch,  Berry Yogurt Crunch, and Cinnamon Oat Crunch.  The bars come in four flavors:   Caramel Coconut Fudge, Chocolate Chip, Dark Chocolate Almond, and Chocolatey Peanut Butter.

Would you like to give these high fiber treats a try?  Kellogg’s is offering FIVE lucky readers a chance to win FIVE full value coupons good for either cereal OR bars.  For your chance to win, just follow the rules below.
