I have never been able to keep a straight face when watching anything that has Larry the Cable Guy, which is why I was laughing just thinking about his newest role. Larry the Cable Guy has just finished filming the Tooth Fairy 2, which is the sequel to sweet family movie Tooth Fairy.
20th Century Fox was nice enough to allow me to visit the set of Tooth Fairy 2 to see what it was all about. While I did not get to see Larry don his tutu first hand, I was assured that it will be worthy of more than a few laughs. While I will not give away too much about the movie, I will say that it follows the same story line, but with much more humor. Here is a short synopsis of what you can expect: Starring Larry the Cable Guy, the storyline for Tooth Fairy 2centers on Larry Guthrie, who loses his first love to the town hot shot and decides to win her back by volunteering with the children at her after-school program. When Larry accidentally tells the kids the Tooth Fairy is make-believe, he soon is transformed into a tutu-clad fairy with the “sentence” of collecting teeth.
Along with getting to visit my first movie set, which was super cool, I was also able to chat with producer Alan Blomquist, animal trainer Apryl and her star pig Crusher, and the funny man himself Dan Whitney (a.k.a Larry the Cable Guy). We were able to ask them about the movie, their careers, and life in general. Here are some shots from my set visit (pictures provided by Leticia from Tech Savvy Mama):
This is a picture of Larry and me on the set:
Here is Crusher the Pig, who was super cute, and I can’t wait to see what his role in the movie is:
I got to share this fun adventure with Liz from Mom Central, Jenn from Momma D and Da Boyz, Terra from Heck of a Bunch, Leticia from Tech Savvy Mama, Jenn from 5 Dollar Shake, Amy from From One Mommy to Another, Jennifer from The Dirty tShirt, Jenna from For the Love of Baby, Kristin from Mommie 911 and Ziggity Zoom, and Shauna from Trying to Stay Calm.
I will be sure to update you all when I know a release date for this fun family movie!
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS REVIEW IS MY OPINION. THANK YOU TO FOX ENTERTAINMENT AND THINK JAM PUBLICITY FOR SUPPLYING TRAVEL, LODGING, AND MEALS FOR THIS TRIP.
