Now that we are in summer, it has allowed our kids to take on a new extra curricular activity, since we aren’t having to do homework and studying. The boys decided they wanted to try out soccer and we found a local chapter that had a summer league. They each practice once a week and have games once weekly, which has added some extra running to our schedule and left less time for other tasks like washing dishes. Thankfully Dixie Ultra has me covered with their summer line of paper plates and bowls.
As you can see, Blake is taking the game very seriously, but only when planes aren’t flying overhead! While neither boy is ready for the World Cup, it is great to see them try something new and work hard. And, of course after working hard, they are starved and are ready for dinner.
