The last three years have been really stressful for me and it has taken its toll on my body. After almost reaching my goal weight back in 2009, I have gained it all back and I am now struggling to figure out where to start. I am tired of hiding behind my kids in pictures, I am tired of my clothes not fitting, and mostly I am tired of not being comfortable. I have decided that it is time for a change and I am going to jump start this process with nutrisystem.com/nsblog.
