After having guests in town and eating off plan for the entire weekend, I am thrilled to say that I still had a weight loss this week!! I am fully loving the NutriSystem plan and really like how I can just jump back into plan seamlessly and I don’t miss a beat.
My energy is up and I was all over town this weekend without missing a beat. While I still need to improve at tracking, I can say that I have been more active.
