I have found that meal planning is the best way to keep me sane! First of all, no one is asking “what’s for dinner?” because it is posted on the fridge in advanced, which also leaves little room for complaints. Secondly, it keeps us on budget (financially), because we are using up what we buy and it keeps us from eating out too much. Since I would love to make your lives easier as well, I am going to start sharing my monthly menus. If I am using an internet recipe, I will have it linked.
