As a member of Pampers Baby Board, a gift card was supplied to complete this mission. All opinions stated are 100% my own.
One of my favorite parts about being a Pampers Baby Board Member is when they allow me to participate in one of their missions! The latest mission that I got to accomplish, was gifting a new mom, with the “Gift of Sleep”! Yes, sleep is a beautiful thing, one that we often take for granted until that new bundle of joy comes home with us and our lives are never the same.
The “Gift of Sleep” mission was set in place to celebrate Pampers diapers becoming three times drier than ordinary diapers! And, we all know a drier diaper means baby will sleep better, and mom will get more rest. To learn more about these new and improved Pampers diapers, click here.
Now, onto the fun part! I was given a $500 American Express Gift Card and asked to give a new mom the “Gift of Sleep”. I knew right away that I wanted to do something special for my friend Kari, who was about ready to give birth to twin girls! I am a NOLA girl, which means that like all other locals, I was displaced after Hurricane Katrina. Work sent me up to Philadelphia, PA while they restored our building. At the time, Wyatt was only 9 months old, and my husband had to stay in New Orleans for his job. Kari was also stationed in Pennsylvania with me and she helped keep me going many of days, which is why I was so thrilled to be able to give her back something in return. Check out what I thought would give her and her girls a little extra sleep.
Kari, was overwhelmed with surprise, and thought it was all just perfect! My timing could not have been any better, since her two beautiful girls were born three days after I dropped off her gifts! Mom, Dad, and babies are doing great and I hope that these gifts have brought them a few extra winks.
As always, Pampers is thinking about how to make their product better, so parents and babies can rest easier!

So, so sweet Renee! I love what Pampers is doing and what they stand for. How cool that her babies came so soon after the drop off!
