Review and Giveaway: Beauty Tip of the Day CLOSED

Ever feel like you could use some expert advice in the beauty department?  I know I feel like this on a daily basis.  I would love to know how to get my hair wavy or keep my lashes moisturized.  Well, if you would like a few pointers also, check out that box to the right.  Yes, that one right there!

That little box will be offering you beauty tips all month long for your face, hair, and body.  These tips will tell you the best way to acheive beauty with products from Dove, Vaseline, Pond’s, and Q-tips.  My favorite tip so far has been that I can moisturize my eyelashes by using Vaseline, which I now do nightly.

    I’d like to try this one-
    Dip a Q-tips cotton swab into a cream foundation two shades lighter than your skin tone. Start under the temples and run the saturated Q-tips cotton swab down your cheekbones and blend.

    I’m going to try exfoliating my lips with toothbrush and then putting vaseline on them. I’m hoping they won’t need so many applications of chapstick!

    A tip I love is to throw a pack of Ponds Wet Cleansing Towlettes and some smoky eye essentials in your evening bag for a quick touch up when you are out.

    You can condition your eyelashes with vaseline? I would think this would make them stick together or be greasy! Love the idea and will try it. Thank you for the giveaway

    I am going to try …Keep the color from bleeding by using a Q-tips® cotton swab to apply loose translucent powder along the outer edge of the lips.

    I would like to try: As a great way to highlight and brighten the cheekbones and eyes, apply a natural shade of shimmer powder using a Q-tips® cotton swab. I never thought of using a q tip for this!

    After reading thru the tips, honestly, there are none that I would really want to try. I have perfected my makeup and beauty routine and don’t see any reason to change it or experiment at all. Putting Vaseline in your eye sounds like it would burn! I would, however, like to win your box of goodies :) Thanks!

    I think I would like to try the humidifier for dry skin, I am from oregon and now live in the desert of northern nevada, I never had to use lotion in oregon because it wasn’t dry there, but here is a different story, this make total sense, it will probably help my hair be not so dry as well.
