Review and Giveaway: Flexi-8 CLOSED

I have very straight and fine hair.  You know the kind that you can curl and it will be flat within the hour.  So, I have a really hard time finding hair products that hold well enough to stay where I put them.  Which is why I was so intrigued when I was introduced to Flexi-8.

flexi 8 plain

Here is some information about Flexi-8 from their website:  The Flexi 8 is a completely unique, flexible barrette that holds thick, thin, curly, straight, fine and coarse hair. The Flexi 8 comes in a variety of sizes and hundreds of ever changing styles. Flexi 8 uses an ingenious patented locking mechanism to secure it in your hair.

Flexi-8 was nice enough to send a variety of their hair clips to try.  I found that the small size works best in my hair and stays put all day long!  I like that they are decorative enough to show up in my hair, but not flashy.  It did take me a few tries the first use, but now I can put them in as easily as a regular barette.  Here is how the Flexi-8 looks in my hair.

flexi 8

Isn’t it pretty!  I was impressed by how much flexibility the clips actually offer.  I figured out that the fuller the clip and the more arched the top piece, the better the clip works.  I can say that these clips worked really well in my super fine hair and I now wear them almost all the time.  I am still working on doing a full pony tail, but maybe my hair isn’t long enough.

Flexi-8 clips come in sizes mini (2 inch) through extra large (5 1/4 inch) and their website has a tutorial to help you determine which size is right for you.  The clips are measured by the size of the sliding pin.  These clips are offered in a huge variety of designs and start at just $10 for the mini size.  You can purchase from Flexi-8 and they offer free exchanges and returns!

Would you like to give these clips a try?  Flexi-8 has offered one lucky reader a chance to win a set of clips, one of each size of mini through medium, which is FOUR clips!!  Four your chance to win, just follow the rules below.

How to Enter:
