Maybelline will be releasing a new mascara in July. Define-A-Lash Pulse Perfection Mascara is a battery-operated vibrating mascara, which is designed to deliver 7,000 vibrations per minute with each battery to last for a minimum of 130 days.

I am a little bit of a make-up junkie, so I was pretty excited to try this. While it worked well, I still felt like I needed to use a lash brush to separate the lashes after applying. It covered nicely and needed only two applications for full coverage. I did feel like it made application to the lower lashes easier. The vibrating was noticeable, but not so much that it annoyed me.

The good news is that two lucky readers will get to try Maybelline’s Pulse Perfection before it is even launched. If you would like a chance, just follow the rules below.
