Wyatt is fascinated by infomercials that he sees on TV. All I hear is “mommy I want that for my birthday”!LOL Well, I can tell you that when he saw the ad for Pillow Pets, they were no exception. He quickly decided that he needed one for himself and one for his brother. I think he even quickly decided which animals they needed. Pillow Pets, are exactly what they sound like, a cuddly stuffed animal that opens up into a pillow.
Here is a little bit about Pillow Pets from their website: Since 2003, Pillow Pets have been bringing smiles to the faces of all ages. The concept for Pillow Pets was the ingenious idea of Jennifer Telfer, a San Diego-based mom of two, who was tired of picking up the multitude of stuffed animals lying around her children’s rooms. Made of ultra-soft chenille, Pillow Pets are extremely popular. With a strap that closes underneath to transform the pillow into a friendly pet, they are an ideal travel pal, naptime buddy and all-around snuggly friend.
Pillow Pets was nice enough to send us a Lovable Lamb to review. Wyatt was super excited to open the box and see a Pillow Pet. He wanted to know if it was for him and then quickly named his new friend “Shawn the Sheep”. His new friend has slept with him every night since it arrived and it leaves bed with him in the morning. Wyatt loves “Shawn” and now is picking out more pets that he wants. Here he is cuddling his favorite stuffed animal:
I am always skeptical about “As Seen on TV” products, especially after our experience with Bendaroos, but I have been won over by Pillow Pets. The product was well packaged and came out the box smelling fresh. It is super soft and comfy!! The best part is that they can be machine washed! I must admit that I kind of want one for myself. It is the perfect companion for long car rides.
Pillow Pets just released three new pets in time for spring, a bunny(pink and white), a duck, and a lamb. They now have over 35 Pet options to choose from! Pillow Pets make a great gift for any occassion and are super affordable with a “Special TV Offer” of just $19.95 at PillowPets.com with any additional Pillow Pet priced at $15.95 (up to five) and are machine washable, so they can stand up to a good “spring cleaning”.
