Since I am required to wear closed-toe shoes for work, by the time I get home I am ready to just get comfy and throw on some flip-flops. Especially during the summer months when it is really hot down here. But, like most moms, I spend more time on my feet at home than I do at work, so even my lounging shoes must be extremely comfortable. I have tried many brands of flip-flops, but never any as comfy as the Yoga Mats from Sanuk.
Here is some information about Sanuk from their site: We’ve been around since July, 1997 when Jeff Kelley started making sandals out of inner tubes and indoor-outdoor carpet. 1998 marked our first full year of operations. Sanuk was nice enough to send me a couple of pairs of their flip-flops to try. I received a pair of yoga mats in giraffe print and a pair of sundials in brown. My sandals arrived in super cute re-usable bags, which I quickly removed to get to my new shoes! The sundials are really nice and have a fancy embossed detailing to the top. I love the brown, since it goes with so much. These flip-flops are comfortable and run true to size. Here is a picture of me showing them off:
The Yoga Mats are the most comfortable flip-flops that I have ever worn. They have awesome cushion and tons of support, probably due to the fact that they are made from real yoga mats! The yoga mats come in a variety of colors and styles and I now want them all. These shoes are extremely versatile, since they are cute enough to wear out and about, but also comfy enough for using them around the house. Here is me showing off my yoga mats:
