Whenever I throw a party, I am always inclined to use my silverware, because I hate the look of plastic cutlery. Besides the fact that I can’t stand the way white plastic looks, the forks or always losing tines and the spoons never seem to withstand ice cream. Diamond was nice enough to send me a sample of Brilliance Cutlery to review. I was immediately impressed with the look of this cutlery when I removed it from the box. It looked very much like the silverware in my kitchen drawer and I would be pleased to use it at my next party. I then put the silverware to the test and used it for dinner, on lasagna night. I am happy to say that there were no broken tines on any of our forks and they then washed easily in the dishwasher.
