With the temps staying in the high 90’s, this mama is avoiding the oven at all costs, which often leads us outside to the grill. Our New Orleans’ summers often feel like they drag on forever, and the kids get tired of grilled chicken and hamburgers, so I am always trying new recipes. Recently, Musselman’s asked me to take their Apple Butter to the grill, and I was more they happy to oblige.
Along with some yummy Apple Butter and recipes, Musselman’s also sent me Wilton Armetale Grillware Fish Griller to help me create the perfect meal. Since we do live in New Orleans, seafood is a large part of our diet, and my boys love fish. I usually pan sear our fish, but I decided to be bold and take it to the grill. I gave our catfish filets and portobella mushrooms a rub down with a little olive oil and some seasonings, and then it was to the grill.
Next, to complete our meal, I grilled up some white peaches and glazed them with a little apple butter.
The entire meal was a hit and clean up was a breeze, which is a win/win for me! What is your favorite meal to grill?
