Veg Out this Summer with Country Crock: #Giveaway

One of my favorite things about summer time is all the fresh veggies that are available for us to eat. We love to grill corn on the cob and steam fresh green beans for a picnic on the patio.  While we do like veggies at our house, I do think that they always taste a little better with some butter on them, but that adds so many calories!  What can you do?  Try adding Country Crock, instead.

I am lucky that my kids like to eat veggies, but I am always looking for new recipes to try.  Country Crock was nice enough to send me a “A Very Veggie World” Cookbook by Clare Crespo and some Country Crock to get creative with in my kitchen.  Since we had broccoli on hand and we live in New Orleans, I decided to make the “Broccoli Swamp”.  This was a super easy recipe to make and my boys loved it!  I thought that the dish had a great flavor and texture and would definitely make this again.
