With temperatures already above 100, we are already looking for cool dinner options, and the less prep time the better. It is just way to hot to turn on the oven and nobody is really asking for a hot meal. Luckily, Suddenly Salad came to our rescue last week. A cold pasta salad was just what the boys needed after a hot day at summer camp.

My boys chose to try the Ranch and Bacon Variety and we added some smoked sausage and cheese cubes to make it a complete meal. The boys cleaned their plates and were coming up with ideas for add-ins next time we have pasta salad, and I think shrimp topped the list.
