  2. Nothing really keeps me full…I think my metabolism is on super speed! I like to snack on cereal between meals though.

  3. I eat a Hungry Girl breakfast in a mug (many varietions) with a yogurt and a Fiber One muffin and it does keep me full. Can’t wait to try the cereal.

  4. My current breakfast keeps me full. I usually have an apple and a fiber one bar actually if I work. If I don’t work then I have toast.

  5. I can usually make it until 10 or so unless I have a coffee or tea that I sip on which seems to make it bearable to wait until lunch to eat.

  6. It depends on what I eat and when. I have returned to college and I have a newborn, so I may eat very early, or, if I am lucky and he sleeps, I may eat late. Sometimes I don’t have time to eat until lunch.

  7. right now my current breakfast varies and sometimes i am full until lunch but other times i am not, i would love to try this since it’s so high in fiber and low in calories!

  8. my breakfast does keep me full until lunch. I try to have lots of fiber and protien to make sure. Greek yogurt and a fiber one english muffin are my favs!
