It’s almost time to shake it loose, and samba your way to your nearest movie theater, to join Blu and Jewel on their latest adventure. Rio 2 will be hitting theaters on April 11th, and I have all the movie facts here to share with you!

Rio 2 follows Jewel, Blu and their three kids, as they leave their domesticated life in Rio for a journey to the Amazon. On this adventure, they encounter a menagerie of new characters. This film stars the voices of Anne Hathaway, Jesse Eisenberg, Will i am, Jemaine Clement, Tracy Morgan, Leslie Mann, George Lopez, Rodrigo Santoro, Andy Garcia, Rita Moreno, Natalie Morales, Kristin Chenoweth, and Jamie Foxx.

Can I say how excited I am to hear Andy Garcia’s voice? Really, who didn’t totally fall in love with him after watching When a Man Loves a Woman.
