“Parenting is Easy”, said no parent ever, but some things don’t have to be hard, like getting your kids to take their vitamins. With Blake’s ADHD, I make sure to give him the vitamins high in Omega-3 fatty acids, but he does not love the taste. This is why I was thrilled to find out the NatureSmart recently reformulated kids’ vitamins to make them even better.

The even have a product finder on their site to help you choose the right vitamins for your child, because every child is different. We use the Finding Nemo Vitamins for Blake, while Wyatt gets a general Multi-Vitamin, like Spider-Man.
We recently received the newly reformulated Finding Nemo Vitamins to try. These vitamins are now offering 142 mg of Omega-3 fatty acids, more than 40% more than other brand on the market. More fatty acids, means he only needs two vitamins as compared to four for other brands, which saves me time and money. Also, he likes the taste of these, which means no fighting in the morning to get him to take his vitamins. Like I said, easier parenting!
