The “Roxtars” Have Arrived at The Hard Rock Cafe

My boys love going to The Hard Rock Cafe, aka “The Rock n’ Roll Restaurant”, for a special treat.  Over the summer, we had the opportunity to check out two really unique Hard Rock Cafes, the largest at Orlando’s Universal Studios, and the most haunted in Key West.  Since both my boys love music, they are really interested in all the memorabilia and cool instruments, not to mention the awesome gift shops.

To further appeal to children, Hard Rock International recently rolled out a new The Hard Rock Roxtars®!  The line up of Roxtars includes:  Razzi™, Sir Kingston™, Styler™, Buddy Jr™, and Skiddley™.  These cool characters are hitting the scene and bringing along cool amenities for kids of all ages. Kids who dine at Hard Rock Cafe locations will be given the VIP treatment with Hard Rock Roxtars swag and new  healthy menu options, such as Skiddley’s “Not-so-diddley” chicken breast and “Twisted ‘n tasty” cavatappi pasta.  Children who stay at select Hard Rock Hotel locations with their families can rock to their own rhythm, catch a live Hard Rock Roxtars performance or take part in musical learning activities!

Cafes nationwide are looking for pint-sized rock star look-a-likes for their Halloween costume contest, “Does Your Child Look Like a Rock Star?” For one night during the “Does Your Child Look Like a Rock Star?” contest, kids eat free* at a Hard Rock Cafe with a paying adult, and will have the chance to win a Hard Rock Cafe gift card or a 2015 birthday party* for eight of their closest band members and entourage! Recently we received a fun Roxtars pack, including a plush Razzi, a guitar shaped plate, a Roxtars activity book, a Roxtars Tee, and a Gift Card.  Blake sat down with the activity book and immediately began checking out these new characters.  We decided to treat the boys to a night out, since we had great report cards and headed downtown for some fun.  Wyatt put on his best “rock star” attire and Blake donned his “rock attitude”.  As always, our food and service were great and the boys had a blast!
