Schoolies Board Books are Perfect for Pre-Schoolers: #Giveaway

While I want my kiddos to enjoy the summer, I also don’t want them to forget everything they learned in school last year.  Wyatt is easier to work with, since we rotate math skills on the computer and his summer reading.  Blake is a little harder, since he needs to work on reading and writing skills.  I received a whole set of Schoolies Board Books, which has made learning time a lot easier and a whole bunch more fun!

SchooliessetThis series of Schoolies Books includes the following:

Schoolies: My School Day–  From waking up to favorite lessons, the bus ride home to bedtime, kids will love spending a day with the Schoolies! This brilliant, bright book, which is packed full of fun activities with lots to look for and do, includes a clock with moveable hands, so that young readers can turn the hands to the right time as the Schoolies enjoy their day.  Retails for $14.99 and recommended for kids ages 3-6.

Schoolies: Activity Flash CardsThis neat boxful of 26, double-sided Schoolies activity flash cards is just the thing to help children learn their ABC, 123, colors, shapes and more. On both sides of each illustrated card are words, numbers, letters or shapes for little learners to trace round, an ideal exercise for promoting fine motor skills. And as the cards are wipe clean – and the pack comes with a wipe-clean pen – all the activities can be wiped away and tried time and time again!  Only available in the box set and recommended for kids ages 3-6.

Schoolies Wipe Clean: Let’s Get Ready for SchoolIt’s another school day at Angler Elementary, there’s so much to learn!  Preschoolers will just love to join the Schoolies in their lessons, and as they have fun together in this great book packed full of activities to help prepare children for school. The book comes with its own wipe-clean pen, and the pages wipe clean, too, so that all the activities can be repeated and enjoyed many times over.  Retails for $8.99 and recommended for kids ages 3-6.

Schoolies:  Making Friends–  Mrs Meow announces that it is Friendship Week at Angler Elementary. Schoolie Lydia Ladybug’s antennae droop – she just feels too shy to be friendly. But by the end of the first day, she surprises everyone – and most importantly, herself! This heartwarming story tells how being kind, helpful, and sharing, are the best ways to making and being friends. Retails for $4.99 and recommended for kids ages 3-6.

Schoolies: My First Day of SchoolSpencer is very excited. He’s also just a little bit worried about his first day of school. But, as he sees friendly faces on the school bus, enjoys his first lessons, and meets new friends during recess, by the end of the day, there’s only one thing Spencer can say: I like school! A reassuring story about one of the most important days in any child’s life, seen through the eyes of the Schoolies. Retails for $4.99 and recommended for kids ages 3-6.

Schoolies: School House–  What will the Schoolies be doing today? Will they be in the canteen? Or having a fun lesson with Mrs Meow the teacher? This book lets children decide for themselves, as they unfold the pages and create four school house scenes. There are Schoolies characters and accessories to press out and play with, plus stickers to personalize each scene, as well as simple story beats which help to direct children’s play. The book folds up neatly when the school day is over, so it can be put away ready for another fun day with the Schoolies.  Retails for $14.99 and recommended for kids ages 3-6.

Blake was super excited to check out all his Schoolies Books and especially the Flash Cards.  I will warn you to keep a close eye on the dry erase markers, because they smear, but Blake loved practicing his writing skills using the marker.  You will need to use a little Windex and a paper towel to clean the books and cards, but it does clean completely.  The books include cute animal characters that are used in the whole set and I love how they have unique personalities.

This series of books covers everything from making friends and telling time to shapes, colors, letters and numbers.  I am so glad that we were introduced to these books to get Blake super ready for Kindergarten next year!  Here is Blake giving you a sneak peek of his new books.
