Spring is here and Easter is now officially around the corner, but what can I put in my little ones’ baskets?  With the new release of Wow! Wow! Wubbzy!: Wubbzy’s Egg-Cellent Easter on DVD, I know what can go in Blake’s basket. Wow, Wow!!

All the kooky action of Easter in Wuzzleburg comes to life in six “egg-ceptional” episodes featured on the debut DVD.  In “Wubbzy’s Egg-Cellent Easter,” Wubbzy and his pals celebrate the first day of spring with a game of kickity-kick ball and discover new ways to decorate eggs for the annual Easter Egg Hunt.  And when the holiday is suddenly cancelled, it’s up to Wubbzy to save the day!

Eggs Over Easy– It’s Easter on Wuzzleburg so Widget offers to help Wubbzy decorate the Easter Eggs. 

Big Bunny Blues- Easter is canceled, so Wubbzy and the gang went to Easter Island and meet Easter Bunny.

Flower Day Parade- Wubbzy wants to contribute to the Flower Day Parade.

Watch The Birdie- Birdy-Bird has been stealing Wubbzy’s things.

Wubbzy Bounces Back- It’s first day of spring but Wubbzy’s kickety-kick ball has gone kaplooey.

The Flight Of The Flutterfly– Wubbzy wants to keep a yellow Flutterfly with red spots named Norm.    

Blake is the Wubbzy fan in my house and I think the show is adorable, even if I can’t stop saying “wow, wow, wow” for days after watching it.  He really enjoyed the episodes included on this DVD and bunny hopped around the house while watching.  He thought Birdy-Bird was silly and then went looking outside to see if birds were taking his things.

Wubbzy’s Egg-Cellent Easter has a running time of 71 minutes and includes the Bonus Features: Coloring and Activity Sheets, Music Video, and Sneak Peeks.  This DVD is available for purchase now from amazon.comand retails for $16.98.
